Dream Space Made Real

Architecture design and execution in Bengaluru

A new building starts with how you want to live, not just how it should look from the road. Bryck Red Design Studio brings architectural thinking and execution together, with space, nature and material considered from the first brief. Dream Space Made Real.

Whether you have a plot, a rough room list or plans that need a clearer direction, begin with the decisions that matter to you: who will use the building, what needs privacy, where people gather and what may change over time.

Our architecture service brings together site study, spatial planning, architectural design, detailed drawings and construction coordination around an agreed brief. Interiors can be considered alongside the building where they form part of your project.

Based in Bengaluru, we welcome project enquiries across Karnataka. Scope, site involvement and delivery arrangements are agreed for each project.

Start with the life the building needs to hold

Tell us about your household, daily routines and the spaces you use together. A guest room, a quiet place to work, accessible movement or a kitchen connected to family life may matter more than an extra feature. Explain both what you need now and what you would like the building to accommodate later.

Bring the site location, available plot information, photographs and any existing drawings. Share your approximate area, budget range and intended start date if you know them. These are starting points for a conversation; you do not need a finished design brief before approaching the studio.

Make design and execution responsibilities clear

Architecture is more than choosing an elevation. The room arrangement, movement between spaces, openings, daylight and relationship to the site need to work together. Detailed drawings carry those decisions forward so the building and its interiors can be discussed as connected parts.

Before appointing the studio, clarify which drawings, design stages and execution responsibilities your project includes. Discuss who handles specialist inputs, approvals, procurement and day-to-day site work. The appointment should also set out site involvement and how decisions or changes will be agreed. A service name alone does not settle those responsibilities.

A considered route from brief to building

Begin by sharing your requirements and site context. Use the early design discussion to compare how spaces connect, rather than collecting isolated room images. Resolve the plan before developing details, and ask how each proposal answers the brief.

As the design develops, review materials and the drawings needed for the agreed work. Before execution, discuss the scope, costing basis and responsibilities together. During the work, keep proposed changes connected to the agreed design: a different opening, finish or built-in element may affect another part of the project.

See architecture through a real home

Madhura Maanasa is a Bengaluru residence planned for multigenerational living around a central, double-height courtyard. Its project page describes the relationship between shared family spaces, privacy and circulation across levels. Explore it as a specific example of spatial planning, then consider which questions are relevant to your own brief.

Your home does not need the same scale or a courtyard to benefit from a joined-up plan. Use the project to discuss priorities and connections between rooms, rather than treating its features as a package for every site.

Questions before you begin

Can I discuss design and execution together?

Yes. Share whether you need architectural design, execution coordination or a combined scope. Drawings, specialist responsibilities and site involvement are agreed for your project rather than assumed from the page title.

Do you consider projects outside Bengaluru?

We welcome enquiries across Karnataka from our Bengaluru base. Include the location and current stage so we can discuss feasibility, travel, site involvement and delivery arrangements for the particular project.

What if I am changing an existing property?

Start with our renovation service if the brief concerns an existing building. It focuses on assessment, what to retain and what to change. Architecture and interiors can be discussed where they belong in that scope.
